Due to considerations regarding the hygiene conditions of the products and their personal care/healthcare nature, products cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are damaged, have quality issues, are incorrect, or are missing items.

If a product is damaged, has quality issues, is incorrect, or is missing items, the shipping fee will be refunded. The shipping costs incurred for exchanges or returns will be borne by our company.

Product Damage, Quality Issues, Incorrect Items, or Missing Items

If customers receive products with the above-mentioned issues, please contact the Customer Service Department via email at cs@ihealsmart.shop within 3 days of receiving the products.

Returned or exchanged products must be in their original condition, with original labels and packaging retained.

Returns and Refunds

After receiving the returned products in their original packaging, the customer's refund will be processed within 5 working days.

If a customer received a free gift when placing the order, the free gift must be returned along with the product; otherwise, the refund will not be processed.

All orders are subject to payment confirmation and stock availability. If a product is out of stock after the customer has made payment, the Customer Service Department will contact you to follow up on the earliest delivery time or arrange a refund (if applicable).

For relevant refund arrangements, customers may be required to provide additional personal information, such as name and account number. Price Adjustments

In e-commerce, product prices may be adjusted according to inventory and market demand. In such cases, this website will not arrange refunds for product price adjustments.
