【Account Information】

Create an Account
Customers can create a member account by checking the box "I would like to receive the latest news and exclusive offers notifications" during checkout to enjoy occasional member shopping benefits, or choose "Login" to create an account.

Update Member Information
Members can email cs@ihealsmart.shop to request an update of their personal information.

【Order Information】

Place an Order
Customers only need to add products to the shopping cart and complete the checkout process. (Please ensure that the correct email address is entered during the process to receive email notifications related to the order)

Confirm Order
Customers will receive an automatically sent order confirmation email from the system to confirm that the order has been received.
If a customer has successfully placed and paid for an order but has not received the order confirmation email, please check the spam folder. For assistance, please email the Customer Service Department at cs@ihealsmart.shop.

Modify/Cancel Order
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
However, customers can request a replacement, return, and refund after receiving the product/parcel. For details, please visit the "Replacement or Return" webpage.

Order Issues
If the product is damaged, has quality issues, is incorrect, or is missing, please email the Customer Service Department at cs@ihealsmart.shop.
