EXCHANGE & RETURN
Due to product hygiene and personal care/wellness nature, item cannot be exchanged or returned except for the situations such as damage, defective, incorrect delivered or missing.
The delivery cost incurred in the exchange or return is borne by the Company for the situations such as product damage, defective, incorrect delivered or missing.

Damage, defective, incorrect delivered or missing item(s)
If customer received item(s) with the stated issues, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com within 3 days upon receipt of the item(s).
Item(s) must be returned in original condition with all labels intact and in the original packaging.
Return and refund
Upon the receipt of the return item(s) in original condition, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
If customer was offered free gift(s) when the order is placed, the free gift(s) needs to be returned with the item(s) or your refund will NOT be processed.
All orders are subject to acceptance of payment and stock availability. If the item is out of stock after the payment, our Customer Service will contact you to follow up the soonest delivery time or arrange refund (if applicable).
As an eCommerce business, our price adjusts in response to stock and market demand. In that case, we will not issue a refund for the price(s) adjusted.
